Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SaaSRadar ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

SaaSRadar is a SaaS idea validation platform. It uses AI and third-party market data APIs to generate ideas and produce validation reports. Reports are informational only and do not constitute business, financial, or legal advice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Free accounts are limited to 1 validation per month.
• Paid plans (Pro at $19/month, Founder at $49/month) are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until their next renewal after the notice period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the Service outside of any provided API
• Resell or redistribute reports without a plan that permits it
• Abuse rate limits or circumvent usage caps through multiple accounts

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual property

You own the ideas you submit and the reports generated for you. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregate data to improve the Service. The SaaSRadar name, logo, and website content are our property.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Validation reports rely on third-party data sources that may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any report.

SaaSRadar is not a substitute for professional market research, due diligence, or business advice. Decisions you make based on our reports are your own responsibility.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSRadar's total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
