How does SaaSRadar validate ideas?+
You answer a short quiz about your target industry and problem space. Our AI generates SaaS ideas, then we validate each one against live market data — Google search results, Reddit discussions, search volume, trends, and more. The result is a scored report with real evidence, not guesswork.
What data sources do you use?+
Free tier: Google search data (via Serper) and Reddit discussions. Pro adds search volume + keyword data (DataForSEO) and Google Trends. Founder adds Hacker News and GitHub signals.
How accurate are the opportunity scores?+
Scores are based on real market signals — competitor counts, community pain points, search volume, and trends. They're a strong starting point, but not a guarantee. We recommend using them alongside your own judgment and additional research.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes, anytime. Go to Dashboard → "Manage subscription" to access the Stripe billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?+
We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you're unhappy, cancel before your next billing cycle. If something went wrong on our end, reach out and we'll make it right.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Your validation history stays accessible as long as your account exists. If you want your data deleted entirely, email us and we'll remove it within 30 days.
